In our Center, it is possible to diagnose the mutations by examining them with DNA sequence analysis method for P16 (CDKN2A) gene zone, which has an important role in the development of malign melanoma. Within the scope of P16 DNA analysis, the entire gene zone is examined and the risky individuals can be determined.
