DNA analysis is conducted at our center since 2006 needed for FMF disease. Primarily 12 mutations that are best observed at people are controlled. On the patients that have no mutation, controls are broadened by DNA sequencing analysis and for 122 mutation located four different area of the gene (exon 2, 3, 5 and 10), it is possible to make explorations.
